In case of cancellation or non-enrollment of training, Infolaunch is liable for return of funds which shall be completed within 30 days of receiving the claim.
All claims shall be sent through email: info@infolaunchafrica.com
If a claim of refund is made on account of customer-initiated cancellation, they shall be handled through alternative dispute resolution procedures according to Kenyan Law.
If communication of cancellation or rescheduling is through mutual consent between the client and Infolaunch, there emerges no need for refund other than if alternative training terms are not offered.
