Payments are processed through secure third-party payment service providers. Infolaunch does not store full debit or credit card details.

We may share data with instructors, payment processors, regulators, or partners strictly on a need-to-know basis and under appropriate safeguards.

6. International Transfers

Where data is transferred outside Kenya, we ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.

7. Data Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.

8. Data Subject Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (Kenya).

Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for training services offered by Infolaunch Solutions Ltd.

1. Enrollment Confirmation

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full or agreed payment.

2. Cancellations by Participant

Requests for cancellation must be made in writing. Refund eligibility, if any, depends on the timing of the request and whether training materials or access have been issued.

3. Virtual Training

Once access credentials or digital materials are issued, fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. In-Person Training

Cancellations made prior to commencement may be eligible for partial refunds, net of administrative and third-party costs.

5. Rescheduling

Participants may request rescheduling subject to availability and administrative charges.

6. Cancellations by Infolaunch

Infolaunch reserves the right to reschedule or cancel training due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or events beyond reasonable control. In such cases, fees paid may be credited or refunded.

7. No Guarantee of Certification

Attendance or completion of training does not guarantee examination success or certification.

8. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
